In a disturbing incident reported from Guna district of Madhya Pradesh, a young woman has accused a man of sexually assaulting her after allegedly threatening to defame her if she refused to meet him. The police have registered a case against three individuals based on the victim’s complaint and have initiated a detailed investigation into the matter.

According to the FIR, the accused, identified as Sharif Khan, allegedly contacted the woman and pressured her to come to his residence. The victim has stated that she was threatened with defamation if she did not comply with his demand. The incident reportedly took place on Saturday and has since triggered widespread concern in the locality.

The case has taken a more serious turn with the victim alleging that she had gone to learn work at a beauty parlour operated by Yasmin Khan. In her complaint, she claimed that the parlour owner sent her to meet her husband, Sharif Khan. Upon reaching the location, the woman alleged that two other individuals, Yasmin Khan and Muveen Khan, the brother of the main accused, were present at the house.

Despite their presence, Sharif Khan allegedly forced the woman into a room and attempted to rape her. The victim stated that she resisted strongly, leading to a physical struggle between the two. During the scuffle, the accused reportedly fell and sustained injuries.

The woman further alleged that when she resisted, she was also physically assaulted. As the situation escalated, she managed to inform her family members about the incident. Acting swiftly, her family reached the location and rescued her. According to the complaint, upon seeing the family, the accused attempted to flee and was injured after falling while trying to escape.

Following the complaint, the victim’s family approached the Cantt police station and lodged a formal FIR. Based on the statement, police have registered a case against Sharif Khan, Yasmin Khan, and Muveen Khan under charges including rape, assault, and other relevant sections of the law.

Police officials have confirmed that the investigation is underway and that all aspects of the case are being examined. The Station House Officer stated that appropriate legal action will be taken based on evidence and findings during the probe.

The incident has created a stir in the area, raising serious concerns about safety and trust, especially in spaces like training centres and workplaces. Authorities have assured that strict action will be taken to ensure justice for the victim.
