New Delhi: Rashtra Sevika Samiti, Delhi Prant concluded its 15-day Shiksha Varg – Pravesh, which was held from May 18 to June 1, 2025. In this class, 94 Sevikas from all over Delhi took training. “A woman is the foundation of the nation and the nation always comes first” was the motto of the varg.

Addressing the Sevikas of this varg, All India Sah Prachar Pramukh of Rashtra Sevika Samiti, Roopa Rawal said, “A woman’s Sindoor (vermilion) is not just a color but a symbol of sacrifice, valour and martyrdom. The Sindoor of a Bharatiya woman has the power to bring Satyavan back from the jaws of death.”

She further said that Rashtra Sevika Samiti lauds Operation Sindoor which was a successful show of strength by Bharatiya forces in retaliation to the Pahalgam terror attack.

Rawal said that rise of Bharat is certain, the society just has to be ready to constantly make changes and do efforts. Post Operation Sindoor, the world has seen a new Bharat – The Bharat that can both defend itself and destroy the enemy in the form of Ravana who considers gentlemen as weak, with the sindoor of power.

She also said that in order to ensure that the youth of the society are not confused by topics like wokeism, there is a need for qualitative shakhas, expansion of work and to gather and organise the noble forces of the society, which the Rashtra Sevika Samiti is currently doing among women for the last 89 years.

The chairperson of the programme, Shashi Bubna, inspired the Sevikas to keep moving ahead in nation’s work. The Varg Adhikari, Dr Harsha Bhargavi Pandiri, presented the Varg report to the guests. Delhi Prant Sanchalika, Dr Charu Kalra, was also present on the stage.

The chief guest of the programme, Smt Nancy Juneja, who is the founder and CEO of RevUp Life Skills, said in her address that she is proud of being a Hindu and being born in a Hindu family. “Along with working in the society, it is important to remain connected to one’s sanskriti,” she said.
