Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath delivered a powerful address in the poll-bound state of Maharashtra, where he exposed the Islamists threadbare and projected Uttar Pradesh as a model state for governance and law enforcement.

During the speech, Yogi Adityanath highlighted several key achievements from his tenure as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. He spoke about the drastic improvements in law and order, particularly his administration’s successful campaigns against crime and corruption. He emphasised that the strong measures taken in Uttar Pradesh to curb mafia rule and criminal activities have made the state a safer place for citizens.

During his speech in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath openly declared that under his administration, Uttar Pradesh has transformed into a state where no one even thinks of causing riots anymore. The law and order situation has improved significantly, to the extent that those who once engaged in such activities are now fully aware that they will have to face serious repercussions.

Yogi further mentioned that public spaces are no longer misused for doing namaz.  “In Uttar Pradesh Nobody reads Namaz on roads now,” he said, referring to his government’s crackdown on public prayers that obstruct traffic and cause inconvenience to the public. He also proudly noted that loudspeakers, once a common feature at mosques, have been removed or regulated. “The mikes of mosques have been put down,” he emphasised. Looking ahead, Yogi predicted that in the next 5 years, India would witness a society where the use of loudspeakers during Namaz will be a thing of the past. “People will no longer recall the use of loudspeakers during Namaz,” he asserted confidently.

In another strong comment, Yogi addressed those who express support for Pakistan or speak in favor of the neighboring country.”To those who support ‘Pakistan’, I urge you to consider taking a begging bowl (‘bhik ka katora’) and seeking refuge there, rather than being a burden on India.” he said, showcasing his nationalist stance.

Yogi Adityanath’s speech  resonated with a large section of the audience, especially his supporters, who see him as a leader dedicated to maintaining law and order, promoting national pride, and reinforcing a robust Hindu identity.

During his impactful speech in Maharashtra, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also addressed the contentious topic of inheritance tax, indicating that the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (I.N.D.I.Alliance) embodies a spirit reminiscent of historical figures like Aurangzeb. “Do not let this alliance come to power; their spirit is that of Aurangzeb,” he warned, referencing the Mughal ruler known for his autocratic governance.

Yogi highlighted the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the revered Maratha king who famously opposed Mughal rule. “Aurangzeb has already been ended by Chhatrapati Shivaji,” he stated, drawing a direct parallel between Shivaji’s historical fight for freedom and the current political landscape.

In his speech, Yogi did not shy away from drawing comparisons between Uttar Pradesh and other states, suggesting that what was once considered a state riddled with crime has now become an example of governance and discipline. His message was clear: if Uttar Pradesh, a state with such a complex socio-political environment, could witness such transformation, other states, including Maharashtra, could adopt similar strategies to enhance governance and public safety.
