UPSC NDA result 2023 released for NA 2 @upsc.gov.in; 699 candidates qualified; check direct link here

UPSC has announced final National Defence Academy and Naval Academy examination result. The selected candidates will be able to join the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the National Defence Academy for the 152nd Course and the Naval Academy for the 114th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC)

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the result for National Defence Academy and Naval Academy examination (UPSC NA and NA 2) on April 2, 2024. Candidates who have appeared for the examination will be able to check their result in pdf format through the official website: upsc.gov.in or through the direct link given below.

The released result contains the roll number and name of the candidates who have been selected based on the written test and SSB. You will be able to check and download your scores after 15 days.

You can follow the below-mentioned steps to check the UPSC NDA and NA 2 results for the year 2023:

Step 1- Visit the official website

Step 2- You will find a ‘Whats New’ section on the right side of the window

Step 3- Search for the link mentioning “Written Result: National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2023” and click on it

Step 4- A new window will open with the exam name and the result link

Step 5- Click on the link in the ‘Documents’ column

Step 6- The result PDF will open on the screen

Step 7- You can keep the result PDF downloaded for future reference.

The UPSC NDA and NA 2 exam was conducted on September 3, 2024 followed by physical interviews conducted by the Staff Selection Board (SSB).

As per UPSC, a total of 699 candidates have been selected after the recruitment process. These candidates will secure admission to the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the National Defence Academy for the 152nd Course and the Naval Academy for the 114th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC).

  7. Sahijpreet Singh
  8. Madhvendrasinh Kavindrasinh Jad

According to the official notice released, “The results of Medical Examination have not been taken into account in preparing these lists. The candidature of all the aforesaid candidates is provisional, subject to their submitting the requisite certificates in support of date of birth, educational qualifications, etc. claimed by them directly to the Additional Directorate General of Recruiting, Adjutant General’s Branch, Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Army), West Block No.III, Wing–I, R.K Puram, New Delhi -110066, wherever this has not already been done, and NOT to UPSC. In case, there is any change of address, the candidates are advised to promptly inform the Army Headquarters directly at the address given above,”

The result has been declared for a total vacancy of 395 posts with 375 posts in the National Defence Academy (NDA) and 25 Vacancies in the Naval Academy. Out of the 375 posts in NDA, 208 vacancies are in the army, 42 in the Navy, 120 in the Air Force.

The UPSC result 2023 for NDA and Naval Academy 2 shows the names of the candidates who need to visit the regional designated centres for document verification. The candidates will be finally selected and the recruitment posting will be made only after proper verification of the documents presented during the form filling process.
