In the serene city of Ayodhya, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir stands as a lighthouse of devotion and spirituality that attracts pilgrims from all corners of the country. As the sacred site continues to witness a steady stream of devotees, the Mandir’s management has laid out comprehensive guidelines to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for all visitors.

Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra in its tweet that the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir opens its gates for Darshan from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm for an average of 1 to 1.5 lakh pilgrims every day. This allows the devotees ample time to pay their respects to Prabhu Shri Ram. The entire process, from entry till exit after Darshan is streamlined to be simple and convenient. The overall darshan typically takes not more than 60 to 75 minutes for devotees on an average.

It is further stated that those who are seeking to participate in the early morning Aartis, including Mangala Aarti which is scheduled at 4 am and Shringar Aarti at 6:15 am, an entry pass is mandatory. Similarly, entry passes are also necessary for the Shayan Aarti at 10 pm. The pass is free of charge and can be taken from the official website of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. Other than the mentioned Aarties, no entry passes are required throughout the day. Thus, to facilitate a hassle-free experience, devotees are advised to leave their mobile phones, footwear, purses, and other belongings outside the Mandir premises for safety purposes. This not only ensures convenience but also helps in saving time during the complete visit. Additionally, it is requested that devotees refrain from bringing flowers, garlands, prasad, or any offerings to the Mandir.

Thus, in order to obtain an entry pass, devotees are required to provide essential information like their name, age, Aadhar card details, contact number, along with the city of their residence. There is no chance for any special Darshan by paying any fee/ any special pass at the Mandir. Any such claims that suggest otherwise can be fraudulent and do not associate with the Mandir management.

Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra also notified that, for the convenience of elderly and specially abled devotees, wheelchairs are available within the Mandir premises. These wheelchairs are free of charge and are intended solely for use within the Mandir premises. Those willing to give a nominal fee to the young volunteers assisting with the wheelchairs can do so at their will.

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir management aims to ensure a fulfilling and spiritually uplifting experience for all visiting devotees. By adhering to these guidelines and cooperating with the Mandir authorities, devotees can enjoy the divine atmosphere of devotion and reverence.

As devotees continue to gather at the sacred grounds of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir, the management endeavours to enhance the overall visitor experience by providing additional amenities and services.

Security Measures: The Mandir management has implemented great security measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all visitors throughout the day. To conduct thorough screenings and inspections before entry into the Mandir premises, security personnel are stationed at various checkpoints. For additional security, CCTV cameras are also installed strategically to monitor the area. This ensures a secure environment for devotees.

Visitor Information Center: Pilgrims who need any assistance or have any queries during their visit, can visit a visitor information centre that is established near the entrance of the Mandir. If required, knowledgeable staff members are available to provide information about the Mandir’s history, rituals, and other relevant details. Brochures and pamphlets are provided to visitors for further help and assistance.

Sanitation and Cleanliness: Special emphasis is given on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the Mandir premises. Dedicated cleaning staff is hired to work tirelessly to sanitise high-touch surfaces, such as railings and door handles. Hand sanitising stations are also provided at convenient locations throughout the Mandir complex for general public use.

Promotion of Cultural Tourism: To promote cultural tourism in Ayodhya, the Mandir also collaborates from time to time with local tourism authorities and organises guided tours, heritage walks, and cultural festivals.

Cultural Programmes and Exhibitions: In addition to the main Darshan of Prabhu Shri Ram, the Mandir occasionally conducts exhibitions, cultural programmes, and educational events to enrich the spiritual experience of devotees. This also includes bhajan performances, discussions on religious texts, or exhibitions showcasing artefacts related to the Ramayana and the life of Lord Ram.

Community Services: From organising blood donation drives to distributing food and essentials to the underprivileged, the Mandir is actively engaged in various philanthropic activities that aim to uplift the lives of needy people.

Environmental Conservation: In today’s time, environmental sustainability, which is of utmost importance, is taken care of by the Mandir management. Efforts are made to minimize the Mandir’s carbon footprint and preserve the natural beauty of the environment.

Overall, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir is not just a place of worship but also a symbol of faith, heritage, and community spirit. On one side it embraces modern amenities, while on the other it upholds traditional values. The Mandir strives to create a sacred space where devotees can connect with the divine and experience inner peace and tranquility.
