Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, is called the island of peace. The heart of the country is the education system that this island of peace is currently going through. If the situation remains the same for the next few years, then the day is not far when here, too, like West Bengal, Kerala, Jammu-Kashmir, Jharkhand and other states have an atmosphere of Islamic anarchy. There will not only be slogans of ‘violence’ and ‘separation of head and body’, but it will also become difficult for non-Islamic people to live peacefully in the state. Then the big question is where should the majority Hindu community of Madhya Pradesh and people of other religions and sects migrate to maintain their existence?
Notably, according to National Child Protection Commission (NCPCR) Chairman Priyank Kanungo, three types of madrassas are running in the country: Those recognised or processed and those with whom the administration did not contact. The third category includes those institutions in which education of Aurangzeb’s era is being imparted. The Commission had written a letter to the Madhya Pradesh Government last year directing it to map privately run madrassas.
If the Government does not pay attention to the education of madrassas, then the times to come will be explosive and challenging.
Whenever the poison is filling the minds of children through recognised madrasas and illegal madrassas in the state, how terrifying and full of violence it will be when it explodes can be easily guessed only from the books taught here. It seems. That is to say, on April 19 last year, former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan gave strict instructions to the then Home Minister Narottam Mishra and senior police-administration officials to keep a close watch on illegal madrassas. Chauhan had said that any extremism and fanaticism would not be tolerated in the state. Keeping an eye on illegal madrassas and institutions teaching fundamentalism, all such institutions should be reviewed, and strict action should be taken against those spreading fundamentalism and extremism.
On the instructions of the then CM, the administration became active, and efforts were made to eliminate illegal madrasas by identifying fanaticism. But according to what is emerging now based on the facts, the solution to the problem remains the same even after the CM’s order was given last year. The then Education Minister of the state, Inder Singh Parmar, while making a big disclosure on June 29, 2023, had even told that about 1000 madrassas are being run illegally in Madhya Pradesh without registration. More than one thousand illegal madrassas running in the State.
The Government had expressed suspicion that there could be a conspiracy by these madrassas to deprive children of school education. The Government wants the children of madrassas to get involved in school education so that they not only feel nationalism but also assimilate it. But if we look at the Government figures of the state, the situation that was there a year ago remains the same. There has been no reduction in the number of illegal madrassas here despite all the strictness of the administration. All the figures show that, like before, 1000 or even more illegal madrassas are still operating in the State. Many new revelations in ‘Madrasa Faiz-e-Siddique Noor ul Quran.’
In Madhya Pradesh, a day ago, when Child Commission member Dr Nivedita Sharma suddenly raided the Madrasa Faiz-e-Siddique Noor ul Quran run in the village Badarwas of Shivpuri district with her team, many new revelations were made regarding the education of children here. Also, it was found to be operating illegally. Citing Madrasa records, the Qazi said that 17 children were studying here while living in the residential system, whereas the local people said that 20 to 30 children live here. Apart from these, 100 to 150 children from nearby areas come here every day to take ‘Deeni Talim’.
In this regard, Dr Nivedita Sharma says that the director of the Madrasa, Qazi Mohammad Sharafat, said the children had gone to their homes due to Ramzan. He talked about the balance sheet of the Madrasa but could not tell where he got the grant to run it. What is Madrasa’s source of income? We received recognition from the Madhya Pradesh Madrasa Board and appointed its administrator, Mohd., to run it as per the rules. I have told Munna Khan and other responsible people. The commission member has also expressed deep objection to the books found here. The State Child Protection Commission and District Education Department’s ADPC Raja Babu Arya, BRCC Bal Krishna Ojha, Assistant Director Mahendra Singh and Protection Officer Raghavendra Sharma have found many other irregularities here.
Madrasas are spreading Jihad and poisoning the minds of children towards non-Muslims. No proper arrangements were made for the accommodation of children in the Madrasa. The children were found sleeping on the mattress on the floor. The place for cooking food and the utensils for feeding children were dirty and broken. A lot of filth was found at the students’ residence. It also came to light that the way the State Government provides modern education to every child, modern education has not been made available to any residential student living here even after many years of operation. Madhya Pradesh Child Commission has expressed its displeasure on this.
Along with this, the kind of books being taught also have no Government permission. In the name of religious education, such illegal madrasas were found to be spreading Jihad and poisoning the minds of children towards non-Muslims. Commission member Dr Nivedita Sharma found hateful written material not only towards women but also towards non-Muslims in the books seised here. The book ‘Hidayatul Quran’ is inciting love jihad.
In the book named ‘Hidayatul Quran’ found here, it is written on the 21st page – “Do not marry polytheist women until they come to faith; an honest enslaved person is better than a polytheist . Do not marry your women to men until they are believers; an honest slave is better than a polytheist, even if you like a polytheist.
If we understand its general meaning, then in modern language, it is inciting Muslim children to do love jihad; they consider it better to marry a girl of another religion, sect or creed than their religion, but she has to follow the path of faith. In every situation, it is inciting to convert the idol worshippers, who have no faith in Islam, into believers.
The book is promoting ‘Halala.’ It is written on the same page that it is your duty to carry out Jihad…Whenever there is a need to go to the field, then fearlessly jump into the battlefield. Only God knows the consequences, and all the sins of the martyr are forgiven because of the debt. The 23rd page of the book is promoting divorce and Halala. It is written that if she divorces for the third time, it is no longer halal unless the woman marries another man. Then, if she also divorces him, she can marry her first husband, and it will not be a crime.
Children are being taught to beat women.
On its 34th page, it is written that men have authority over women. Leave the women who don’t listen to you in separate beds, beat them, then if they start demanding, don’t look for any excuse to beat them. In this, the woman has been told in every situation to do whatever he wants to make her husband happy. At the same time, the woman should control her ego and protect her husband’s property. The idea propagated is, after all, that a woman is Khabind’s property.
Very objectionable things were written for those who do not believe in Allah. Its text on the next page is even more dangerous; on page number 35th, it is written that “Those who have disbelieved in our verses, We will certainly throw them into the Fire; when their skins melt, We will change their skins with new ones.” Then it is written in detail, “Those who do not believe in the verses of Quran Sharif will be thrown into the fire until the skin gets burnt, then another one will be replaced which will be made of white paper. There will be an example: each infidel will have a hundred skins. Different types of punishments will be inflicted on every skin…The skin will be changed one hundred and twenty times in one saat (hour). Children are encouraged to hunt these animals and eat cow and deer meat.
Page 39 of the book ‘Hidayatul Quran’ is about making the meat of ‘cow’ and ‘deer’ halal; it is written that “Cattle animals like: camel, cow, buffalo, goat and sheep have been made halal for you.” These are domestic animals; deer, sawar, nilgai, and wild donkeys are halal among the wild animals. The next page of this is written, “If a man or woman steals, cut off his (right) hand.” …” Here on the 46th page it was written, ”O you who believe! When you come face to face with the infidels (in Jihad), could you not turn your back on them? (i.e. don’t run away in fear). Similarly, page 48th of the book declares Mushrik (idol worshippers) as impure, i.e. unholy. They are asking to keep them away from mosques.
It is being told in Madrasa that man was created from dry mortar of rotten soil.
The book explains to the children through the 52nd page that (Allah) “We created man from the dry mortar of rotten soil and before that had created jinn from the flame of fire.” It is written in it: Those who do not believe in the verses of Allah will have a painful punishment for them. The book calls for speaking lovingly to non-Muslims to bring them to the path of their Lord while also adding that, if necessary, use fear and intimidation to make people fear Allah. This book says that “the canals of honey in Paradise are not the honey that comes out of the stomachs of bees, but it is in the Hadith of Musnad Ahmad that in Paradise there are oceans of milk, water, honey and wine from which these canals flow.” There you will get clean wives, and like in the heavenly world, there too you will be ashamed of your wives, but there will be no children because there no one will come out with any filth like urine, defecation, spit, discharge, money, has nifas etc., just a burp. Digested everything eaten and drank.
Jannat was praised like this in Madrasa…Nikah with big-eyed hours, alcohol, kebabs and much more
On the 75th page of the book, it is said that “(Jannat) will be sitting with cushions on beautifully arranged tables and We will marry them to the big-eyed heroes and those who believed and their children will also marry them.”
Following the faith, We will send their children to them and not take away anything from their deeds. Every person is a mortgage of his deeds. We will give them a train of dry fruits and margoob meat. They (along with Khushtbai) will be snatching the jam (liquor) from each other in the taste of which there will be neither absurdity nor crime, and there will be young slaves walking around them…” The book emphasises this. It is said, “Surely, for most people, it is the place of a queen, gardens, grapes, young women of the same age, overflowing glasses of wine…”.
Emphasis has been laid on scaring and threatening children for not offering Namaz.
Also, in this book, children have been asked to be threatened and intimidated for not offering Namaz. Repeatedly throughout the book, the greatest emphasis is placed on fear of Allah. Many other similar books, including ‘Talimul Islam’, are being taught in Arabic script, which is already working to convert the childish mind (raw clay) of children into the fire of hatred. If the Government does not pay attention now, then the times to come will no longer be an island of peace for Madhya Pradesh. For example, in many Country States, country riots will happen in some corner or another in everyday life.
