Guwahati: Dibrugarh played host to a momentous event as Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, holding portfolios of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, and Ayush, graced the ongoing ‘Khelo India Women’s Kickboxing League’ with his presence.
