Yet another case of love jihad has come to light in the Agra district of Uttar Pradesh where a Muslim man used a fake name and Instagram account to trap a minor Hindu girl. He not only exploited the girl sexually but also recorded the act and started blackmailing. He has been exploiting the girl for the past three years and also forced her to convert to Islam. As per the details received by Organiser, he also extorted a sum of 10 lakh rupees from the minor by forcing her to steal cash and ornaments from her house. After the family learned the truth they lodged a complaint against the accused. Following the complaint he was arrested by the police.

Drugged the minor to rape

The family members of the minor victim have lodged an FIR (First Information Report) at the Chatta police station recently. As per the complaint, the 17-year-old minor made an Instagram account almost three years ago. There she met a man named Divyanshu Agarwal. From talking to meeting, their friendship turned into a romantic relationship. On December 21, 2020, the accused called the victim to a hotel in the Kamla Nagar area.

Later, he offered her a cup of coffee which was intoxicated. Upon having the coffee the minor went unconscious and then the accused Sahil alias Divyanshu raped her. He clicked her nude pictures and also made a video of the act, against the video clip he started blackmailing the minor.

Sexually exploiting for the past 3 years

As per the reports, the accused Sahil has been blackmailing and sexually exploiting the minor victim for the past three years. In the name of making her pictures and videos viral on social media, the accused Sahil extorted a huge sum of money from the minor.

The victim girl hails from a businessman’s family and the accused took full advantage of this. He asked her to get him money in frequent successions. He made her steal money from her parent’s house and not only that but the jewellery as well.

As per the reports, Sahil has extorted a sum of 10 lakh rupees from the minor. The iPhone he is flashing in multiple pictures was taken from the money he extorted from the victim.

How does the family find truth?

The family members of the victim became suspicious when money and jewellery continuously went missing from the house. Meanwhile, the girl came to know that the name of the accused; whom she thought was Divyanshu was Sahil Khan in actuality. He works in the garage to wash cars and is not rich as shown. After this, the victim girl started remaining silent. The family’s suspicions deepened on this. Then the family members strictly interrogated her, and she said that a boy named Sahil had been blackmailing her for the last 3 years.

The family members were surprised to hear these things. The victim’s father immediately contacted the Hindu activists. After this, the family members lodged a complaint in Chhatta police station. On the basis of this, the police filed a case against the accused Sahil, and his mother Rukhsana for rape, extortion, POCSO Act and cheating.

Pictures with BJP leaders

Police investigation revealed that Sahil works as a car wash attendant in a garage in New Agra. Sahil used to take photographs with expensive vehicles coming to the garage. He used to show himself rich and stylish with an iPhone in his hand. He has created many fake IDs on Instagram. He used to upload these photos there. In this way, he had trapped the girl in his net.

The investigation has also revealed that the accused has photographs with many BJP leaders. He used to show himself as influential on social media by posting photos.

Family alleged conversion

The father of the victim told the police, “The accused and his mother also tried to convert his daughter’s religion.” They trapped her in words. The mother of the accused used to keep the jewellery taken from her daughter. The investigation has also revealed that before ensnaring the student, the accused had put a noose on her elder sister, but she did not become a victim of his trap. Later he targeted the minor.”

Notably, DCP Suraj Rai told the media that the accused Sahil has been arrested after registering a case on the complaint of the minor’s family. He bought an iPhone with the money borrowed from the minor.
