Activist Kajal Hindustani who was booked for alleged ‘Hate Speech’ following the Ram Navami Shobha Yatra speech in Gujarat gets bail on April 13 by the sessions court. Una police arrested Kajal following a complaint against her on April 9.

Kajal is being released on a bond of rupees 50,000. After the arrest Kajal was sent to the Junagarh Jail, she walked out of the jail yesterday evening.

After getting out of jail, while speaking with the media, Kajal said, “Even after this much I am firm on what I said. This is why I was not afraid and now I am here in front of you. I had trusted that I will definitely get justice. And I got justice and I am here in front of you all.”

“There are many workers who work a lot for Dharma. As people from the other side commit such things, it is our duty to save our faith. I was doing social work against land jihad, love jihad, and forced conversions. I still do that and I continue to do that,” she added.

Appealing to people to continue their work for the cause of Sanatan Raksha, she said, ‘Everyone will do their respective work. We have a religion to protect the way others do their work. That is why I must continue to fight land jihad, love jihad, and illegal conversions and not sit at home, the work will continue.’

The Ram Navami Shobha Yatra was taken out on March 30 in Gujarat’s Una which falls under the Gir Somnath district. After the event, a function was organised where Kajal Hindustani, a Hindutvavadi speaker had her speech session.

In this function, Kajal spoke on numerous issues ranging from Love Jihad, Ghar Waspi, the state of women in Islam and victims of Triple Talaq, Halala etc. The local Muslims found her speech provocative and hence called for protests against her.

There were slogans of ‘Sar Tan Se Juda’ on the streets and the city was on boil for almost two days. After this a Muslim leader filed a police complaint against her.

Request Central & State govt to ensure safety of @kajal_jaihind who faced "Sar tan se Juda" slogans for exposing illegal activities. I urge @narendramodi @AmitShah @Bhupendrapbjp @sanghaviharsh to provide necessary protection for #FreedomOfSpeech & safeguard democratic values. pic.twitter.com/9fsKHgDBy9

In the viral video kajal said, “For how long we will play defence.. defence, my Guru taught me that attack is the best defence.

Our target should be clear, these Islamists who raise slogans like, “Lad ke liya tha Pakistan, Has ke lenge Hindustan” and who take the oath of making India an Islamic country by 2047, these are my enemies.”
