Bajrang Dal holds massive ‘Shourya Rally’ in Kerala, sends stern warning to Islamist terrorists

Sending a stern warning to the terrorists and anti-nationals, the Bajrang Dal, the youth wing of the Vishva Hindu Parishad, held a massive Shourya Rally in Alappuzha.

Earlier, the state police allowed the Islamist terrorist outfit Popular Front of India (PFI) to hold a rally but had denied permission for the Bajrang Dal rally, citing security concerns. However, the police had to succumb to the protests by various nationalist organisations and granted permission for the Shourya rally.

The rally which commenced at 10.30 witnessed the participation of thousands of Bajrang Dal workers. VHP leaders said that the rally was organised to send a stern warning to the terrorists who foment communal violence in the state. They said that the police are working hand in glove with the Islamist extremists in Kerala and the nationalist forces will not remain silent spectators.

To facilitate the PFI-SDPI rally which was scheduled to take place on the same day, the state government has restricted all vehicular traffic in and around the district, except those carrying PFI cadre. The shocking decision comes even after the Intelligence ADGP informed the government that any such PFI rally will lead to security failures and violence.

In the last 6 months, two RSS swayamsevaks have been hacked to death by PFI terrorists in Alappuzha. To the dismay of the public, the police have allowed the PFI to hold the rally near the house of Adv Renjith Sreenivasan, who was brutally murdered by the PFI terrorists.

Last week, the Kerala High Court observed that the SDPI and PFI are extremist organisations indulging in serious acts of violence.
