Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh of RSS Sunil Ambekar said that this year's Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha would be held from March 11 to 13 in Karnavati of Gujarat. He was addressing a press conference here. This meeting is of utmost importance from the decision-making point of view of the Sangh. In the meeting, various plans and decisions for the upcoming years will also be finalised. In the previous year, due to the Corona epidemic, the meeting was conducted at a small scale where some Karyakartas joined the meet in person, while the others joined online from their Prant Kendra. This year, the meeting in Gujarat will be conducted following the necessary Covid-19 protocols and because of which the expected number of Karyakartas joining the meeting has been lowered. Hence, all Karyakartas are not expected to attend the event, a press release issued by the Prachar Pramukh stated.

Earlier, Pratinidhi Sabha was conducted only in Nagpur, the first such Pratinidhi Sabha outside Nagpur was conducted in 1988 in Rajkot.

This year, 1248 representatives are participating in the Pratinidhi Sabha. This Baithak (meeting) will be conducted by Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale under the guidance of Pujaneeya Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat. Besides elected Pratinidhis, Prant Sanghchalak, Prant Karyavah and representatives of various organsations would be present in this Baithak. This time Sangathan Mantri and representatives from 36 organisations are expected to attend and participate in the baithak.

In this Baithak, planning of each year is being made about Sangh Karya, and its review is being made, and a report of each Prant is presented by Sarkaryavah. Hundred years are being completed by Sangh in the year 2025. Plans made by Prants on this occasion will be placed and discussed in this Baithak. Statistical figures about Sangh Karya will also be presented by Prants. A target of extending Sangh Karya to 1,00,000 places on the occasion of Shatabdi Varsh of Sangh has been taken up.

Planning made by different Prants on the occasion of Amrut Mahotsav of Azadi will also be discussed in this Baithak. There are quite a few freedom fighters about whom people do not know much, and so efforts will be made to provide such information to society. Moreover, many programmes have been started by Sangh to make people Atmanirbhar (self-reliant) through Swarojgar (self-employment) at a rural level.

Sangh has been working with so many organisations in society on subjects like Samrasta (social cohesion), Paryavaran (environment) and Parivar Prabodhan. These subjects will also be discussed in this Baithak, and a further course of action and direction will be decided, Shri Sunil Ambekar said.

He stated that a special exhibition has also been organised at the venue of Pratinidhi Sabha for the Pratinidhis coming from the various parts of the country wherein traditional culture of Gujarat, development of Gujarat and gradual progress of Sangh Karya in Gujarat besides activities of Sangh have  been displayed.

Akhil Bharatiya Sah-Prachar Pramukhs Narendra Kumar and Alok Kumar, Gujarat Sah Prant Karyavah Dr Sunilbhai Borisa were also present at the  press conference, which was convened by  Dr Shirish Kashikar.
