Akhil Bharatiya Prant Pracharak Baithak at Chitrakoot, Kshetra Pracharak Baithak Would be Held on July 9-10

It is expected that with the gradual unfoldment of the process of unlocking, an assessment and review of the activities of the daily RSS shakhas would be done and future organizational plans in this context would be discussed.

 

The meeting of all state-level Pracharaks(Akhil Bharatiya Prant Pracharak Baithak) is being organized at Chitrakoot.

 

Generally, this meeting takes place in July every year but last year it couldn’t take place in Chitrakoot due to regulations that were in force due to Corona. That is why it is taking place in Chitrakoot this year. To ensure that the current regulations related to Corona are followed, the number of participants attending the meeting physically has been restricted, the rest of the participants would participate in it digitally.

 

On July 9-10, Khstera and Sah Kshetra Pracharaks of 11 Kshetras(regions) would attend the meeting. Param Pujaniya Sarsanghchalak ji Dr Mohan Bhagwat and Mananiya Sarkaryavah Shri Dattatreya Hosabale along with five Sah Sarkaryavahs(joint general secretaries) would be present. In addition ‘Pramukh’ and ‘Sah-Pramukh’ of all seven ‘Karya Vibhags’ would attend the meeting.

 

On July 11, the Prant and Sah Prant Pracharak of all 45 Prants would connect online to participate in the meeting.

 

There are 45 Prants in Sangh formation in the country. On July 12, the Akhil Bharatiya Sanghathan Mantri(All Bharat organizing secretaries) of various organisations would participate in the meeting through an online medium.

This meeting would primarily focus on organizational issues. In addition, the review of service work done by Swayamsevaks throughout the country during pandemics would be reviewed. Also, an assessment of the possibility of a third wave of the Corona pandemic would be done and accordingly required preparations that need to be done would be discussed. In this context, the training needs and other arrangements that are required would be assessed.

 

It is expected that with the gradual unfoldment of the process of unlocking, an assessment and review of the activities of the daily RSS shakhas would be done and future organizational plans in this context would be discussed. An assessment of Sangh’s training camps and their other activities as well as new plans would be discussed. In this meeting, the tour programme of Pujaniya Sarsanghchalak ji and of all prominent functionaries (Adhikaris) is given a final shape.
