The call to behead the Dasna Devi Mandir head priest Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati is getting louder with mosques and Islamic political parties and leaders now openly promoting hate speech against the priest.

After the call in Bareilly to teach the priest a lesson, big posters were put up at many places asking the faithfuls to behead Shri Saraswati.

A big poster had come up at the AIMIM party office in Kanpur asking for beheading Shri Saraswati and Syed Waseem Rizvi, former UP Shia Waqf Board head who had petitioned the Supreme Court to remove 26 verses from Quran which spread terrorism.

Rizvi’s petition was dismissed Monday and a fine of INR 50000 was imposed on him.

Since Shri Saraswati criticised Prophet and Islam in a press conference on April 1 in Delhi, many Muslim leaders and clerics have asked the faithfuls to behead him.

Aam Aadmi Party leader and MLA Amanatullah Khan tweeted saying he should be beheaded for criticising the Prophet.

After the Friday prayers last week, Muslims expressed their anger in mosques across the country.

The Delhi Police has already registered an FIR against Shri Saraswati for disturbing communal harmony.

Surprisingly, the condemnation of the beheading call was either absent or very muted.

The BJP leader Kapil Mishra supported the head priest saying no one dared not even think about touching Shri Saraswati. The Country would be run according to the Constitution, not Sharia.
