Chief of General Staff, Vietnam People’s Army and Deputy Minister of National Defence Senior Lieutenant General Phan Van Giang visited India this week. During the visit he called upon and interacted with the Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh and held talks on defence cooperation between the two countries. He also called upon the Chief of the Army Staff General Bipin Rawat and Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria, Chief of the Air Staff and discussed issues of mutual and strategic concern.
