(Shankaracharya united nation through spirituality, May 22); Apropos to the news report titled ‘Shankaracharya united nation through spirituality’ in the News Round-Up page. I totally agree with the views of RSS Sahsarkaryavah that Adi Shankaracharya united Bharat geographically and culturally through spirituality. Adi Shankaracharya was a great saint and great Guru. He united the entire Hindu community. He established four Shankaracharya Piths for protecting and spreading the Hindu religion. But today it is sad that Hindus are completely divided and other anti-Hindu opportunistic religions are taking advantages of it. Param Pujya Gurudev Adi Shankaracharya gave his entire life to unite the Hindus but now we are just not able to respect that and are dividing ourselves again. I request the Shankaracharyas of all the Piths should immediately step in and resolve the situation. Secondly I feel that the media can also play a dominant role in uniting the Hindus. Even the Bhakti (Religious) channels that are working today are offering nothing about the Science and Glory of the Hindu religion. Are we so short of content. Today’s youth needs justification, science and real knowledge behind everything. Besides Bhagvat Kathas and Bhajans the religious channels should also broadcaste the Hindu (Sanatan) religion’s scientific content, Vedic science, our great culture and the science behind it, our achievements and how western world copied what had already been achieved by our saints and acharyas hundreds of years ago.

Finally Lotus Bloomed in Kerala too
(Lotus blooms in Kerala, May 29); This refers to story on Kerala elections by T Satisan. BJP’s entry in Kerala Assembly created a hurricane. First time in the history of Kerala , BJP’s lotus bloomed. It’s arch rivals both CPI (M) and Congress had taken a pledge that under no circumstances BJP should be allowed to win the Assembly elections. However prudent electorate of Nemam Assembly segment repulsed and shattered their empty pledge by electing BJP’s candidate O Rajagopal by overwhelming votes. The victory of Rajagopal, popularly known as Rajettan, is a great leap forward for the State unit of the BJP as the party has been doing its best to win an Assembly or the Lok Sabha seat since its very inception in 1980. After prolonged period of six decades BJP has created a history by making inroad and opened it’s account in the Assembly. BJP’s victory has raised eyebrows of its opponents . It will definitely emerge as irresistible political force in the political scenario of Kerala. No doubt about it .

Communists : Pain in the Neck
(Martyrs of Marxist Terror, May 8); This refers to the article ‘Martyrs of Marxist Terror’, giving details of killings of RSS swayamsevaks and Hindus, by the Communists in Kerala. There is no doubt , that Communists are no less dangerous than the Muslims, and the second biggest enemies of the Hindus and Bharat. China is hostile to us, only because it is a Communist state. A Buddhist China would have been very friendly. As long as Nepal was a Hindu Kingdom , it was very friendly. People of Nepal continue to be friendly, but the present government with high influence of Maoists Communists led by Prachanda is becoming unfriendly to Bharat, and more friendly to Communist China. It may be stated, that Congress government led by Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi is fully responsible for it, as they supported violence by the Communists and stopped military supplies to the Hindu King of Nepal. And the Communists, who have concentration in Kerala are slaughtering Hindus in Kerala. Truncated Bharat , which was meant to be a homeland for the Hindus (including Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists etc.), could not become a Hindu country in 1947, all due to treachery by Gandhi, Nehru and the Congress, is bound to become a constitutionally Hindu country. In that case, all these anti-Hindu and anti-national self-styled seculars, who denounce every now and then, RSS and BJP as communal, should be banned and their leaders and active workers debarred from taking part in national politics. That is the only solution to free our country from anti-national elements.

Atithi devo bhava
It is very unfortunate that in a country which believes in ideology of atithi devo bhava racial violence are taking place in its capital city. India is a nation that treats its guests with utmost respect . Why is it that we are turning into a nation of angry hate-mongers. Now, at a time when we want to revive Indo-African ties as many Indian companies are eyeing Africa and want to participate in their local economy, this bullying of Africans by some local Indian goons does not project a nice picture. It does not paint a very bright picture of a young and modernising nation. We just paint a very bright picture about India being the land of Buddha, or the world’s largest democracy, but we ought to know that India is also a preferred education destination by many African countries. In South Africa, Indians were treated badly by the White rulers; the same in now happening in India which should be immediately stopped.

Biased Reporting is Unethical
I was shocked to read an article in Jagbani and Ajit in which the BJP Party has been described as communal and the Congress as secular. I feel that the writer is not aware of the crooked character of the Congress or he pretends to be unaware that the so-called secular Congress Party whose goons massacred 3,000 innocent Sikhs—men, women and kids in November 1984. No killer of the Sikhs was brought to the books due to the dishonesty of the Congress. Clean chits were given by the CBI to the killers of the Sikhs like Tytler, not once but perhaps many times.Still the Congress is projected by some news papers as secular through paid articles. We should be happy about the rise of the BJP as it would bring stability and integrity in India. The tragedy of English media in India is that some journalists write against the BJP and RSS and in favour of the so-called secular Congress without going through the realities. I request all the journalists to write as per facts and ground realities.

Chameleon in True Sense
After going through the two articles of Shahid Siddiqui published in Organiser (dated April 24, 2016, Page 28 and 31 respectively) one is not only surprised but astonished. How the articles have appeared in the pages of a highly esteemed nationalist weekly which is presumed to be the mouth piece of RSS is quite surprising. Is he not that very same Shahid Siddiqui who a few years back had published a special number of his Urdu weekly Nai Duniya in which each and every word and sentence was inimical to RSS. His venomous mind-set was explicitly exposed. His anti-Hindu, anti-national attitude was quite obvious in discussions on various TV Channels. Now after being booted out from the BSP and then by SP he very cunningly has changed his colour and wants to befool the public in general and readers of Organiser in particular. In his view ‘Even Islam in India is much more tolerant than any other part of the world.’ Is it so? How dare he say so. Islam since its very inception is the most intolerant religion. Not only the history of Islam but the history of the world testifies this. Terrorism has become a synonym of Islam and Shahid Siddiqui has the cheek to say that, “Indian rulers by their very character, were not always tolerant of freedom of thought or beliefs and it was only the Muslim rulers from the first king Qutb al-Din Aibak down to Bahadur Shah Zafar, the last Mughal Emperor who practiced a very tolerant version of Islam.” Here I would like to tell Mr Siddiqui that he should, at least once, go through the Mediaeval History of India, before opening his mouth.

Not a single case of corruption against NDA
(Promise, Prioritisation & Performance…,May 29);This refers to the article titled, ‘Promise, Prioritisation and Performance by Arun Srivastava. After a series of mega scams in the UPA regime, there has not been a single case of corruption during the two years of NDA’s rule. This in itself is a big achievement. People are by and large satisfied by the overall performance of the Modi government. However Modi’s critics have accused him of being indifferent towards minorities and not giving free hand to his ministers. It must be kept in mind that Shri Modi had made it clear in the beginning that his policy was “ justice to all appeasement to none”.

* * *
Former Union Minister Girija Vyas’s allegation that the BJP – led NDA regime had failed on all fronts , carries no weight. The BJP Government , during its two years of rule has provided corruption free government No scam has been reported in the past two years. The BJP has now turned its eyes on the poor by announcing more welfare programmes for them. This is good. Moreover, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi does not have a magic wand to transform India into a prosperous country overnight.
