Intro: Ayurveda is rich as part of the Sanatan Dharma because of its integrated outlook about the ‘Supremacy’ and ‘Moksha’. The root of integrated outlook will support to overcome the periodical limitations.
Applied science of human well-being, Upavedas, is directly and indirectly connected with Vedas. In the same way Ayurveda is also connected with four Vedas, but mainly the external part became prominent in nastik period through Adharva Veda. The Panchabhouthika Sidhanta the subtle origination and integration theory of Ayurveda, is reduced only into the Tridosha Sidhanta for physical structure.
To attain the major role of human life, moksha through purusharthas, we need to accept the pancha avarana sidhantha of the body. Annamaya, Pranamaya, Manomaya, Vijnanamaya, Kosas (avaranas) can be considered under the universal diversified structure (duality), but it gives the image of sorrow as the truth. But when we accept the Anandamaya Kosa, the integral part will work beyond Panchamahabhoota Sidhanta, and the truth will work for moskha or liberation. Akas, the fifth and most subtle mahabhoota is an important one for the integrity of universe. But it is impossible to observe the akas from inside the universe. So Ayurveda was developed through yogis and enlightened masters, not through physical and philosophical debates. Laboratories and scientific research centres can prove up to four mahabhootas, but the soul part of Ayurveda will disappear. For the mass humanity the physical development and the partial truth of sorrow is good and right, but for ultimate support, the partial truth needs to be based on the supreme truth. When we stand inside the universal friable truths, Bhootavijnan is a connected application form of Manomaya, Vijnanamaya avaranas. When we stand beyond the universe to observe the integral Truth, it is a related term and technical background of panchamahabhoota Sidhanta. If it is possible to re-establish Ayurveda as the perfect part of Rig Veda, the four other Veda roles will establish automatically and the word ‘Veda’ will be enforced as knowledge for Truth and Liberation.
In our ancient period, Ayurveda, the integral form is developed through various aspects like, nadee hastra, prasoothi vijnaneeyam, salyatantra, nimitantra etc. Our ancestors were able to manage each and every avarana (five shells of the soul) separately with an integral outlook. Arka Prakasa, Arka Sastra, Kumara trantra, Nadee shastra are popular Ayurvedic interventions originated through Ravan. Agasthya Marma Shastra, martial arts methods, Nimi Tantra of Janakas enriched our heritage with competitive health care sciences.
Agnives Ahsamhita is health care science, but Agnives is also famous in Dhanur Veda, two different implementations of subtle mahabhootavijnana in two different aspects. In Agastya guided sidha tradition, developed a particular form of health care science, and Bhoganadhar introduced alchemy to the world in different aspects.
Indian forms of science overcome the periodical destructions because of its integrated awareness about the Panchamahabhoota Sidhanta (Bhootavijan) with the enlightened outlook. When it goes down to the elementary world or inside universe, the truths are partial and it compels for periodical and regional reformations because of the universal friable nature.

When Ayurveda is compelled to go with modern education system, as four/five years pattern, there are lots of compromises from a vaidya to a doctor. The system needs to make vaidyas for establishing vedas. Both words are rooted on knowledge.
