DRI workers training camp in Chitrakoot

“For some time a kind of distrust has developed in the society about the people working in social life. It deepens when the people active in this field avoid transparency in their personal conduct. We are the workers working selflessly and with a missionary zeal. Our personal conduct and life should be inspiration for others. The lives of Nanaji and Deendayalaji are still lighthouse for us in this regard,” said RSS Sarkaryavah Shri Bhaiyaji Joshi. He was addressing a gathering of Deendayal Research Institute (DRI) workers at a training camp organised at the Krish Vigyan Kendra, Ganeewan in Chitrakoot on April 5.

A total of 72 workers from different parts of the country and  their project incharges attended the three-day camp. The camp began on April 4 and concluded on April 6. Vice president of DRI Shri Shankar Prasad Tamrakar, general secretary of DRI Shri Bharat Pathak and organising secretary Shri Abhay Mahajan were also present on the occasion.

Bhaiyaji said there are two kinds of workers. One who only think and second those who only implement the ideas on the ground. “There should be coordination among them. Those who think should also act on the ground and those who act should also think. We should not be the worker who only follows the instruction and do not think before doing,” he said adding that when we work in a group we should not have a rigid attitude and must have the patience to listen to our fellow workers. “Nobody can be hundred per cent correct. Therefore, we should not insist on our point only,” he said.

During the three-day camp Bhaiyaji Joshi spoke in four sessions. In first session he emphasised on ideologue ground on which the village development activities are going on all over the country. Defining the concept of Param Vaibhav, he said it means building of Bharat which is followed by the entire world preserving the Hindu way of life, culture, and the society. On second day Bhaiyaji focused on the development of workers. He said the workers should not do anything which harms the overall objective. On third day, Bhaiyaji stressed on coordination. Explaining the objective of the training camp he said it is recalling what has been done so far and what is to be done in future. He stirred the workers saying that the country is making progress and soon the things will be in right direction.
