RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat and Sarkaryavah Shri Bhaiyaji Joshi joined the Bharat Parikrama Yatra being conducted by senior Sangh Pracharak Shri Sitaram Kedilaya at Panwel in Maharashtra on January 28. They shared the dais in a village function and admired the step taken by Shri Kedilaya for rural awakening. The Yatra entered Gujarat on February 14.

On January 30, the Yatra entered Karavle village under Kalyan district of Konkan Prant.  RSS Zilla Sanghachalak Shri Madhukar Chakradev and Sahasangachalak DrVinay Welankar welcomed the Yatra. Shri Vittal Bhat, Zilla Sewa Pramukh and VHP Thane district president Shri Umesh Shetty were also present. Shri Sitaram Kedilaya stayed at Shri Kisan Bhandare’s home. He addressed a gathering of more than 100 people  and briefed them about village development. Samskrit Bharati workers from Dombivili visited him along with Kshetra Pracharak Shri Shirish Bedasgaonkar.

On February 2, Bhiwandi Sanghchalak Shri Trilokchand Jain welcomedShri Kedilaya. Shri Moolchand and Shri Ajay, Kshetriya Seva Pramukhs of Rajasthan and Bihar respectively, and Shri Uday Kulkarni and Shri Uday Joglekar, Konkan Prant Sewa Pramukh and Karyakarini Member respectively were also present. Shri Roshan Patil and Shri Prakash Lasne arranged the programme.
