INDRAPRASTHA Vishwa Hindu Parishad wrote to the Vice Chancellor of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) Prof SK Sopory seeking immediate action against those who are trying to organise a beef party in the university campus. In a letter addressed to the VC, the secretary general of the VHP Shri Satyendra Mohan said, during the last few years JNU is becoming a heaven for those spreading hatred amongst different segments of the society. Sometimes they advocate separation of Kashmir from Bharat, the other day they denigrate Hindu deities and now they have dared to eat beef in the university campus. A copy of the letter has also been sent to the President Shri Pranab Mukherjee. (FOC)
