The Central Executive Committee of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) has decided to compile a Samagra on the life and works of its founder the late Dattopant Thengadi who had passed away on October 14, 2004.

The Central Executive Committee has appealed to all those who enjoyed any kind of association with Thengadiji, to send their experiences, photos, etc to Delhi office so that it could be compiled in a book form. There are many people who worked with Thengadiji as worker, leader, or maintained family relations with him. They got the opportunity to share views with him. Therefore, all such people have been requested to send the information they have about Thengadiji.

According to Shri Ramdas Pandey, BMS secretary, any reminiscences, inspiring anecdotes, letters, discussions, articles, literature, published or hand written articles, photos, audios, videos, CDs, family photos, speeches, etc. can be sent to BMS central office in New Delhi. He said if somebody has information he/she can inform the BMS office and the BMS workers will personally collect the information. Shri Pandey also appealed to all those sending the information to provide their full name, address, contact number, period of having contact with Thengadiji, date and place of the anecdote, etc while sending the information. He also requested people to send the scanned or original copy of the letter written by Thengadiji to them.
