HEART-stopping, nerve-tingling, and racy – the book makes you break into cold sweat at some places.

Crimson Dawn… is an account of events that take place on a hijacked cargo ship.

Sailing through the Gulf of Aden, between the Middle East and Somalia, Crimson Dawn, the ship, is sailing at a reasonably fast 17 knots, enough to out-race any pirates on the hunt. The Gulf of Aden is infested with hungry and ruthless pirates and ships plying these waters have to go through as fast as they can.

But an unforeseen snag in the engine slows the Crimson Dawn and then begins the trouble. Pirates pounce on it like hungry wolves on a helpless wounded animal. The ship is hijacked and what follows over the next one month is enough to scare the daylights out of the most strong hearted.

In comes the negotiator with his double game and expectations of a high commission. Negotiations continue amidst wheeling-dealings, and back-stabbing. On the other hand the Captain and crew are trying plans for escape and freedom. And, when their Plan A fails, Plan B has to be put into action. Will this Plan B work?
