CHANDRA Shekhar’s new book provides a comprehensive description of the various facets of our mind and its relationship with brain, soul and body. He writes about the systems of the human body and their organs, the systems of being and their faculties, their interrelationship, the science of thoughts and emotions, and advocates the primacy of positive thoughts and emotions as sources of well being and success.
