RSS Sahsarkaryavah Shri Sureshrao Joshi who is popularly known as Bhaiyaji Joshi said positive outlook is necessary for achieving success in life. He was addressing swayamsevaks in Kanpur. Prant Sanghachalak Shri Virendra Parakramaditya and Vibhag Sanghachalak Shri Arjundas were also present on the occasion.

Shri Joshi informed that Dr Hedgewar had started the Sangh work with a positive outlook and it was not in reaction to any view or the activity. He also did not do it for popularity. Shri Joshi added that Dr Hedgewar was discouraged by many people at that time saying that it was impossible to unite the Hindus, but he continued the Sangh work. Since majority of the workers in the beginning were from the Brahmin families the Sangh was labeled as the organisation of Brahmins then. But after 83 years now people belonging to all castes, sections, categories and sects are working with the Sangh and now the workers of the fifth generation are joining the work. He said today the Sangh has over 50,000 shakhas across the country.
