A 15-day training camp of Rashtra Sevika Samiti was organised at Mahashaya Chunilal Saraswati Bal Mandir, Harinagar, in Delhi. The camp began on June 1 and concluded on June 15. A total of 150 young girls underwent training at the camp. Some women also joined the Varga on June 12.
According to Smt. Kavita Vishnoi, media incharge of Rashtra Sevika Samiti, Delhi, various senior adhikaris of the Sangh and the Samiti guided the workers and they were imparted training of organisational work, niyuddha, etc. She said the people of Delhi had been invited at the concluding ceremony on June 15. Before organising this camp, seven Prathamik Shivirs of two to three days durations were organised in all six Vibhags?Yamuna Vihar, Shahdara, Jhandewalan, Janakpuri, Pashchimi Vibhag and Uttari Vibhag.
Smt Vishnoi pointed out that similar training camps of the Samiti are going on all over the country. A similar Varga concluded in Bhopal on June 3. Smt. Shantakka Tai, Akhil Bharatiya Karyavahika of the Samiti and Sadhvi Prajna Bharati were present at the concluding ceremony. A total of 200 Sevikas underwent training at the Bhopal camp. The Sevikas also took out a route march in Bhopal in full uniform on June 2, which was appreciated by all.
