From the ?Justice Banerjee? report, which blamed their killings on the victims themselves to the Sachar Committee, which has strode on the path leading to separate electorates, then a separate ?nation? and finally another vivisection of India, to the efforts in Andhra Pradesh and thereafter in the Union of India itself to separate the Muslims from their other fellow-citizens. These are signs of the plan for a second partition of India.
The community is refusing to buy into this pernicious policy of the Maino dynasty, unlike during the pre-1947 days, when the overwhelming majority of ?educated? Muslim opinion favoured separation over brotherhood. The Congress Party is losing ground steadily amongst Muslims, and this is likely to next show itself in Punjab and Uttaranchal.
