Lalu Prasad Yadav, Union Railway Minister has made very serious allegations against Narendra Modi and L.K. Advani as a sequel to some persons throwing stones at his car near the sight of the railway accident in Gujarat. Lalu met the Prime Minister and the Speaker of the Lok Sabha and raised the issue in Parliament. He said that it was a pre-planned attack to kill him and demanded the dismissal of the Gujarat government.

Ahmed Patel, a close aid of Sonia Gandhi, Union Defence Minister Pranab Mukherji and Sitaram Yechury of the Marxist Communist Party joined Lalu in criticising Modi and the Gujarat government.

The Common man wonders, after all, was the incident so serious that national leaders should forget national issues and join Lalu in his outburst.

Is it not more serious that the Pakistan President should arrive in a PIA plane with the tricolour inverted? Will Lalu say that the insult to the nation'sflag was pre-planned? Will Mukherji say it was deplorable? Even after Musharraf'svisit, terrorists have been found with AK-56 guns attacking our security personnel.

Recently Bangladesh attacked and killed some of our security personnel. Did the above pseudo-secular leaders speak a word against these activities and similar anti-India acts of Pakistan and Bangladesh?

Is it not surprising that the above leaders wish to forget Pakistan'sattack on India'sParliament, the hijacking of Indian Airlines plane and continuous support to terrorists by giving them training, RDX and other weapons of destruction?

But then why do they remind all the people in the world of the tragic events in Gujarat, which were never more serious than the massacre of 3,000 Sikhs in Delhi or the exodus of four lakh Kashmiri Hindus from Kashmir?

Lalu and his anti-Hindu brigade are forgetting that by their continuous criticism of the Gujarat government, they are strengthening the already strong Pakistani lobby in India?

Pakistan wants to have a friendly government in Gujarat so that they can send lakhs of infiltrators into the country through the soft border, as Bangladesh has been doing. Patriotic persons must note that Musharraf had warned that in the next war against India, Pakistan will fight not only along the border but also very much within India'sterritory. May I request the readers to read within the lines?
