?Shekhawat

Paying his tributes Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat said he knew Thangadiji since 1951. ?He had said at a meeting of Jana Sangh held in Jaipur in 1952 that slavery from India would be wiped out totally when the countrymen earned mental independence also. Therefore our all efforts should be on how to achieve mental independence,? Shri Shekhawat said. He further said Thengadiji'slife was simple and straightforward, imbued with a high sense of value and service. ?He had in him the pride of a man who had the courage of conviction as well as humility of a true servant of the people. A great votary of swadeshi, he made swadeshi values an integral part of his personality.?
