The BJP has set the pitch for all of its friends as well as rivals. They are playing on its pitch. Its allies have lapped up the ?feel good? campaign. They are showcasing all that can add up to that feeling. Willy nilly even its rivals have adopted the slogan. The Left Front in West Bengal is campaigning on the ?feel good? aspects in the state. The ?feel good?, its leaders say, is for the West Bengal government. The Congress is in a dilemma. Should it take credit for its 40-year rule or discredit the BJP by citing it is not ?feel good?. Some wary incidents here or there are being tried to project as the BJP'sfailures. So if a road is not built in Bihar or Madhya Pradesh, where they are ruling by proxy or have just left the throne, who would they blame for. Yes, the Congress is shouting that there is so much of poverty and that can'tbe ?feel good?. True, but why did not the Congress garibi hatao despite the elephantine opportunity it had. Congress has to learn to deliver more than mere coining of slogans.
