ONE must have thought that IT, E-governance, digital progress, band-width, etc. would be buzzwords in Chandra-babu Naidu's party mani-festo. But the comp-uter-savvy Chief Minister has laid more emphasis on irrigation, rural develop-ment, subsidies, special funds and funds to make life easier for the rural folk. In fact, he has dwelt upon this in more than three full pages. There is also promise of setting up of Rs 200-crore price-stabilisation fund.
