NEW DELHI: The wait for the SSC CGL Exam Date 2026 is over. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam schedule through a notice issued on September 12, 2026. As per the notice, the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will be conducted from September 30 to October 30, 2026. The SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2026 will be held in Computer-Based Examination (CBE) mode. Candidates who have filled the application form should focus on their preparation rigorously. It is advisable to do regular revision, solve previous year question papers, appear in mock tests and improve speed as per the SSC CGL paper pattern. The admit card will be available by September 27 on the official website, ssc.gov.in.

The latest SSC notice is primarily about the examination schedule. It confirms the examination window from September 30 to October 30, 2026. The exact date and shift allotted to an individual candidate will be available in the subsequent updates issued by the Commission.
