Chief Guest Suresh Soni said that the development of the Janjatiya community cannot be achieved through schemes alone, but through integrated efforts in education, values, healthcare and self-reliance. He stated that this Seva Bharati centre would become a source of inspiration and opportunity for the youth of the entire region in the coming years. He also called upon society to participate more actively in service activities.

The Jan Jatiya Empowerment Centre, developed over nearly 32 bighas, will provide skill-based training to youth and women with the objective of connecting them with self-employment. The training programmes will include tailoring, beauty parlour, mehendi, mobile repairing, motorcycle and tractor repairing, welding, plumbing, motor winding, air-conditioner repairing, Ganesh murti making and manufacturing of plaster of Paris products. Farmers will also receive training in organic farming, vermicomposting, seed banking and modern agricultural techniques.

Through the Healthcare Centre operating within the campus, regular healthcare services, guidance from specialist doctors and health awareness programmes will be made available to villagers from the tribal region. Students residing in the hostel while pursuing their education will also receive personality development and vocational training alongside formal education.

Representatives from various industries and institutions participated in the programme, appreciated the initiative and assured cooperation in the fields of skill development and employment in the future.
