During the training session, participants are being imparted lessons in self-defence, physical exercise, ghosh music, and traditional martial skills including danda, jashti and combat techniques. Organisers stated that the objective of the camp is to strengthen self-confidence, discipline, leadership qualities and the spirit of national service among women.
The camp also aims to empower women workers of the organisation ideologically, socially and organisationally so that they can contribute effectively as leaders in their respective regions.
