Opposition failed the “Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam” bill, hurting nation-building

The current global scenario clearly shows that Bharat must battle on numerous fronts, both internal and external. The terrorist state Pakistan, as well as a communist China and deep state global market forces in the Western world, are working ceaselessly to destabilize Bharat because they are unable to accept progress that does not line with their greedy goals. The second front consists of internal opponents who are working at the direction of their global leaders to foment unrest in Bharat, divide society, promote illegal religious conversions and undermine the economy. Both enemies should know that Bharat creates strong personalities who contribute to society and help to restore the nation's greatness

The biggest transgression opposition political parties have committed against the future of becoming a great Bharat is the unconstitutional, unruly and anti-women attitude displayed by Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi’s Congress party, Mamta Banerjee’s TMC, Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajvadi Party, Stalin’s DMK and other opposition parties by failing the ‘Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam’ in the Parliament. By preventing the “Matrushakti” from serving Bharat Mata on a larger and more extensive basis, they have disrespected and insulted them.

Both enemies should know that Bharat creates strong personalities who contribute to society and help to restore the nation’s greatness.

Not only men, but even women, have demonstrated tenacity on numerous occasions, proving to the world that Bharat cannot be vanquished. Rani Ahilyadevi Holkar was a wonderful goddess-like persona. Internal and external opponents should study Ahilyadevi before embarking on any misadventure against Bharat and its essential ideals. Her indefinable power will shed light on why Bharat lives and moves forward despite fatal battles with external and internal adversaries. Understanding the great Ahilyadevi and her strengths in warfare, governance, administration and building the Sanatan Dharm and nation against all odds demonstrates why women empowerment through the political and parliamentary system is most important to strengthen the nation against all odds of geopolitical issues and internal enemies who work day and night to weaken it at the behest of their national and international masters.

She holds a distinct place in Bharatiya history because of her governing style, which emphasizes administrative and military prowess as well as soft power (respect for Sanatan Dharma and cultural symbols across Bharat). Stories of women’s fortitude and compassion in the face of norms and barriers can be discovered in historical realms that have been lost throughout time. Nonetheless, they persevered in their attempts to serve our nation, Bharat Mata and their legacy will be remembered by future generations.

Devi Ahilyabai Holkar, the Queen of Bharat, is regarded as a great leader and valiant combatant, similar to Rajmata. She is a representation of Dashabhuja, the heavenly. Many generations of women have been inspired by her numerous accomplishments, which broke down the strong gender barriers and notions prevalent in the 18th century. Consider a lady who, after losing her husband in combat, loses her only ally a few years later.

Many emperors were preparing for conflict. There were also rivals within. She was not terrified, but there was a lot of hostility when she stepped forward. The queen was named “The Philosopher Queen” by British historian John Keay. In a country with a long history of fearless queens, Devi Ahilyabai Holkar’s legacy stands out for her astounding 30-year reign, which left a lasting impact and source of inspiration. The expansion of Sanatan Dharma in her short life, despite all odds, illustrates her mantle and dedication to the Hindutva cause, which every Bhatiya of today must cultivate for a better Bharat and world. According to Arvind Javlekar’s book Lokmata Ahilyabai, Ahilyabai Holkar used all of her money after her only son died to build, restore, renovate and maintain temples throughout Bharat. Hindutva icon Ahilyadevi promoted socioeconomic advancement in addition to dharma.

Governance and administration

Effective governance: Ahilyabai is renowned for her fair and efficient governance. She upheld law and order in her realm and prioritised the well-being of people and Dharma.

Infrastructure development: She started a number of infrastructure initiatives that enhanced trade and agriculture, such as irrigation systems and roadways.

Patronage of culture building of temples: As a devoted Hindu, Ahilyabai ordered the building of many temples throughout Bharat.

Encouragement of the arts: She helped in cultural revival by providing support to poets, artists, and academics. Her court developed into a center for the arts and literature.

Reforms in society

Support for Women: Ahilyabai fought for the welfare and rights of women. She backed numerous efforts to raise women’s status in society and promoted education for them. Charitable Works: She was well-known for her generosity, sponsoring a range of social causes and offering assistance during famines.

Leadership in the military

Defensive strategies: Ahilyabai was a peace-oriented leader, but she was also able to lead a military. She kept a robust military presence and protected her kingdom from assaults.

Tolerance for religion

Unity among populations: Ahilyabai fostered unity among the various populations in her realm by practicing and advocating religious tolerance however attacked those who were trying to destroy Sanatan Dharma and great culture.

Heritage

Enduring influence: She is regarded as a role model in Bharatiya history and her achievements have left a lasting legacy. Throughout Bharat, there are statues and memorials dedicated to her.

Statues and memorials serve as a reminder of their sacrifices and the courage and unity they stood for. It is a concept of national unity and integration that reflects pride in the nation and current political aspirations. Additionally, it informs the public about the events that occurred at that time and how they still apply today. It encourages a closer bond with local identities and customs. A sense of patriotism and a shared commitment to defending the freedom they fought for are sparked by memorials. Modern concerns including women’s empowerment and environmental preservation are addressed in new memorials.

Women have demonstrated their strength to protect society and the nation on numerous occasions, and when the proportion of women is significantly lower than expected in Parliament, the Modi government acted to increase it to 33 per cent; however, the mindset of dynastic political parties is to protect women from their own families while refusing to accept the power being given to general women. As a result, they blocked its passage. Women will undoubtedly exact revenge on all opposition parties in the future elections until the measure is reconsidered and enacted.

The elucidation on the ambiguity around three bills

The ‘Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam’, often known as the Women Reservation Act, states that reservation for women will be enforced based on delimitation following the Census performed after 2026. If the government had waited for the Census and subsequent delimitation, women would not have been able to benefit from 33 per cent reservation in the 2029 general elections, as the Census and accompanying delimitation process takes time. As a result, it was deemed necessary to separate the Act’s implementation from this requirement in order to provide timely benefits to half of the population.

Delimitation refers to the finalisation of a constituency’s boundaries. It is critical for implementing women’s reservations. The Lok Sabha seat limit was fixed at 550 in 1976. In 1971, India’s population was 54 crore. Today, it is 140 crore. As a result, increasing the Lok Sabha’s seating capacity to 850 is critical. This would allow for fair representation of citizens in Parliament.

The concept used a proportionate expansion strategy. A consistent 50 per cent increase in seats would maintain the proportion across all states and UTs. Applying this method to the present 543 seats would provide around 815 seats. As a result, the maximum number of seats in the Lok Sabha was increased from 550 to 850.
