Bhubaneswar: Following the resounding success of the anti-terrorism campaign ‘Operation Sindoor,’ a grand state-level Tricolour Bike Rally was organised today at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar. Chief Minister  Mohan Charan Majhi graced the event as the Chief Guest and officially flagged off the bike rally.

The rally commenced from Kalinga Stadium and proceeded to the Raj Bhavan. Participants included personnel from the police and security forces, elected representatives, and enthusiastic citizens. Riding motorcycles while holding the national flag, the participants filled the streets with chants of “Vande Mataram,” creating a patriotic atmosphere throughout the city.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Majhi said, “The success of Operation Sindoor has significantly strengthened India’s fight against terrorism. Today’s Tiranga yatra on bike reflects the unity and determination of our people. When all Bharatiyas stand together under the national flag, no force in the world can defeat us.”

He added, “The three colours of the Trianga symbolise our values of sacrifice, peace, and harmony. Our national flag is a living embodiment of our resolve, struggle, sacrifice, and inspiration.”

Recalling his participation in the Tiranga Yatra held on August 14 last year, the Chief Minister expressed his joy at the overwhelming public enthusiasm. “Just like last year, today’s rally has once again ignited the same patriotic fervor. Operation Sindoor is a testament to the unwavering determination of our mothers and sisters, and the courage of our brave soldiers who upheld the dignity of ‘Sindoor’. I salute our armed forces from the bottom of my heart,” he said.

Highlighting the role of national leadership, he said, “Under the dynamic leadership of our esteemed Prime Minister Narendra Modi, every Indian today feels safe and secure. As the Prime Minister has rightly stated, a strong India is essential for peace and security. When necessary, we must display our strength — a fact proven by the successful execution of Operation Sindoor.”

Referring to global security dynamics, the Chief Minister emphasised, “India will not succumb to nuclear blackmail. Prime Minister Modi’s bold and clear warning on this front has echoed across the world. Our armed forces are fully prepared to give a fitting response to any challenge posed by the enemy.”
