The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Manipur Pranta, successfully concluded its 15-day-long Sangh Shiksha Varg – 2025 today at the Rajarshi Bhagyachandra Skill Development Center (RBSDC), Haraorou, in Imphal East district.

This intensive training camp, designed for swayamsevaks under the age of 40, saw the participation of 71 shiksharthis (trainees) from across Manipur—including the districts of Imphal East, Imphal West, Bishnupur, Senapati, Ukhrul, Tamenglong, and Jiribam. In line with the RSS’s core mission of “man-making and character-building,” the programme focused on nurturing committed karyakartas (volunteers) dedicated to serving the nation with discipline, integrity, and selflessness.

Throughout the camp, swayamsevaks underwent rigorous training in both Sharirik (physical disciplines) and Boudhik (intellectual sessions). The structured curriculum aimed at developing leadership qualities, a strong sense of social responsibility, and unwavering commitment to national service.

A special highlight of the camp was the Matrubhojan. This deeply symbolic and heartfelt event saw the participation of 53 families of swayamsevaks. Mothers of fellow swayamsevaks brought home-cooked meals and personally served the trainees, reinforcing the RSS’s cherished ideals of familial bonding, emotional unity, and social cohesion.

The valedictory function was graced by Ningombam Irabanta Singh as the Chief Guest and  Khwairakpam Rajen Singh, Karyawah of RSS Assam Kshetra, as the Resource Person. Also, in attendance were senior karyakartas from RSS Assam Kshetra, along with Vibhag (divisional) and Jilla (district) level representatives of RSS Manipur Pranta. The event drew a diverse audience, including members of like-minded organisations, businessmen, educationists, and various sections of civil society.

In his inspiring address, Shri Khwairakpam Rajen Singh highlighted the unique resilience of the RSS, noting that since its founding in 1925, the organisation has never experienced a split or faction. He attributed the Sangh’s enduring growth and strength to the selfless service and unwavering dedication of its swayamsevaks. As the RSS continues to expand across the country, its positive contribution to social development also grows day by day, he added.

Sharing a poignant reflection, Chief Guest Ningombam Irabanta Singh recounted an incident from a past RSS event: when unexpected rain disrupted the programme, while the general audience rushed for shelter, the swayamsevaks remained seated with firm discipline, attentively listening to the speaker. He lauded the RSS for its unmatched spirit of service, commitment, and sacrifice, calling it a shining beacon of inspiration in society.

The Sangh Shiksha Varg – 2025 concluded with renewed determination among the trainees to uphold the timeless values of discipline, unity, and dedicated service to the motherland.
