Ranchi: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will hold its All India Prant Pracharak Meeting from July 12 to 14 at Sarla Birla University in Ranchi. During a press briefing held on Wednesday, July 10, at the Sarla Birla University auditorium, RSS’s Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh, Sunil Ambekar, announced that prant pracharaks, sah prant pracharaks, kshetra pracharaks, and workers from the All India Executive will attend the meeting from across 46 prants of the country. Along with Sunil Ambekar, North-East Region Sanghchalak Devvrat Pahan, All India Sah Prachar Pramukh Narendra Kumar, and Pradeep Joshi were also present at the briefing.
Ambekarji stated that the meeting will discuss and review various operational plans of the RSS. He noted that the RSS holds three major meetings annually. This particular meeting will review the recently completed training camps, various subjects, and their implementation, as well as the activities of all the operational departments of the RSS. Additionally, the nationwide travel done by Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat will also be discussed.
Currently, 73,000 shakhas are being conducted nationwide. Plans are underway to ensure that by the centenary year, there will be at least one shakha at the mandal level across the country. Efforts will also be made to extend the RSS’s service activities to urban neighborhoods in collaboration with various religious and social organisations.
Ambekar ji highlighted that this year, the Physical Education Department has developed several new games, which will be introduced at the shakha level. He further explained that 2025-26 marks the centenary year, and plans are being made to propagate the five initiatives for social transformation at the shakha level and in the wider society. To achieve the goals of the centenary year’s expansion plan, 3,000 workers across the country are dedicating two years as centenary expanders. During the three-day meeting, strategies will be devised on how to work together with society’s virtuous forces for social change. Additionally, various other social issues will be discussed.
