According to the complaint filed by the victim, he reached the shop with his wife and ordered two glasses of sugarcane juice. The juice vendor spit into their glasses and mixed the juice with the saliva before serving it to them. They protested against the shopkeeper’s disgusting act, after which the shopkeeper misbehaved with them, using abusive language and threatening gestures. The couple then approached police, and, based on their complaint, a case was registered.

The police took immediate action and arrested two accused, Shaheb Alam and Jamshed Khan.

The accused are from Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, but live in Noida, where they run the sugarcane juice stall near the society where the incident happened. The police are investigating further to prevent such incidents from happening again.
