In a swift response to objectionable content circulated on social media platforms, the Shardanagar Police in Lakhimpur Kheri district apprehended an individual accused of making derogatory remarks against Hindu deities, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and employing abusive language targeting a specific community. According to official sources, the accused, identified as Mastram alias Mastu, a resident of Sirsi village under the jurisdiction of Shardanagar police station, triggered widespread outrage by disseminating offensive content online, disparaging a particular community, venerable figures such as Shri Ram, and the Prime Minister himself.

Acting swiftly upon receiving reports of the objectionable post gaining traction on social media platforms, the Shardanagar Police launched a comprehensive operation resulting in the swift apprehension of the accused. The arrested individual, Mastram alias Mastu, son of late Kandhai, resides in Sirsi police station’s vicinity within the Shardanagar district of Kheri.
