Delhi Murder: Shahrukh stabbed two men over mere dispute; Kamal died while Shivam’s condition is critical

In a shocking case reported on September 13, a 23-year-old man was brutally stabbed to death and another is struggling to survive in the hospital in the national capital Delhi. The victims were stabbed in the Khadda colony area over a mere dispute by Shahrukh.

As per the initial investigation by the police, the accused murdered the victim after engaging in a minor dispute with him and his brother.

The victims, on the other hand, have been identified as 23-year-old Kamal Kishore and 18-year-old Shivam. While Kamal died on the spot, Shivam was admitted to the hospital. A video related to the case shows the victim Kamal’s kin crying behind his body lying in a pool of blood.

FLASH: Two brothers, Kamal Kishore and Shivam Sharma of Khadda Colony in New Delhi, were allegedly stabbed by Shahrukh S/O Farooq.

Both were admitted to Apollo Hospital.

While Kamal succumbed to injuries, Shivam is still critical

The accused Shahrukh stabbed the duo at near Arpan Puliya, B-Block Khadda Colony after which they were taken to the Apollo Hospital in Delhi. In the hospital, the doctors declared Kamal dead while Shivam, who has sustained critical injuries on his head is being treated.

The accused has been detained by the police and charged with murder under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the police, the accused and the victims were quite familiar with one another and had gotten into a small argument before the accused stabbed the two males.

“A murder case has been reported. There would be more legal action”, he promised.

“Kamal was declared dead while Shivam had received stab injuries in his stomach and was operated upon at Apollo Hospital, where his condition is stable,” said the DCP.

“One of the accused identified as Shahrukh, 22, also a resident of the same locality, has been apprehended. It has emerged that the injured and assailants were all known to each other and the incident took place due to some petty dispute,” he added.

“A case of murder has been registered. Further legal action is being taken,” the DCP said.

It has come out that the accused and the victims were well known to each other and the accused stabbed them over a mere dispute.
