Mohammed Zubair, the co-founder of fact-checking website Alt News is once again in the dock. A case has been filed against  Zubair under Section 74 of the Juvenile Justice Act at a police station in Muzaffarnagar. It has been reported that Zubair revealed the identity of the Muslim boy who was allegedly slapped by fellow students in the presence of a female teacher.

It has come to the fore that hate-monger Mohammed Zubair was at the forefront of spreading fake news against the physically challenged teacher.

Mohd zubair has been unleashed on Hindu women, from sending sar tan se juda blood baying mob behind Nupur Sharma to kajal Hindustani and now he was in forefront spreading Fake news about Disabled Hindu brahmin teacher by making #muzzafarnagar issue falsely communal

Know all about Muzaffarnagar video slap case

It was on August 24 that a video went viral when the teacher of the school apparently asked the students to slap the Muslim boy. A video was made and edited to give it a communal angle.

The teacher involved in the slap case, Tripta Tyagi accepted her mistake for asking the students to slap the Muslim boy. However, she said that she had no intention of creating rift between the Hindus or the Muslims. She added, “The video that was made viral was edited and cut, I had no such intentions…in our place, Hindus and Muslims stay with unity and we have more Muslim students in our school…there was pressure from the parents of the child to be strict with him. I am handicapped I can’t get up…he was not doing homework for last 2 months…so I made 2-3 students beat him up so that he would start doing his work…what I said was ‘Muhamdan mothers’ must not take their kids to their uncles’ homes as the exam is approaching. But they cut this video and took the ‘Muhamdan’ word…I had no such intentions…I have made a mistake and I seek apology with folded hands.”

Similar point was reiterated by Nadeem, the cousin of the boy who said the teacher said Muslim moms take their children to live with relatives during the exam season, which has a bad impact on their academic performance. He made it abundantly clear that she didn’t say anything disparaging towards Muslims.

This guy Nadeem is the cousin of that kid & the same guy who recorded the video.
He's saying that the teacher didn't pass any anti MusIim comment & she was complaining about Muslim women who don't care about their children's studies.

Meanwhile, the cousin of the boy who was beaten came out in support of the teacher and added that he studied from Tripta Tyagi for six years and never faced any bias. He further said that the political parties were trying to blow the issue out of proportion as elections were scheduled to take place next year.

Loved how sensibly this guy spoke. He is cousin of the boy beaten by fellow classmates in Muzaffarnagar. Says political parties want to hype a non-issue for elections next year.
