London, August 22, 2023 – The United Kingdom was graced with a profound spiritual presence during the recent visit of Acharya Shri Sadguru Swatantradeo Ji, Sant Namdev Ji, and Pujya Smt Mataji from August 3 to August 10, 2023. The visit, organised in collaboration with “Acceptance through Diversity,” brought together individuals from all walks of life who were seeking inner peace, personal growth, and a deeper connection with themselves.

The guiding philosophy behind this enlightening journey was centred on “Vihangam Yoga,” a spiritual path that seeks to achieve the union of the soul with the supreme being. Comprising the words “Vihag” meaning “bird” and “Yog” meaning “union,” Vihangam Yoga provides a unique approach to spiritual enlightenment. Founded by Sadguru Sadafaldeo Ji Maharaj in 1924 AD, The Institute of Vihangam Yoga has been dedicated to spreading this transformative path for the betterment of humanity.

In a world plagued by stress and fear, Vihangam Yoga extended a helping hand by offering Online Meditation Sessions to benefit humankind. Participants had the opportunity to learn and practice meditation daily, directly guided by authorised instructors. The practice of meditation aims to disconnect from the physical realm and connect with the bliss of consciousness, achieved by making the mind comfortable without any external distractions, even sound. While it may appear challenging at first, this unique form of meditation becomes a simple yet powerful tool for achieving mental peace and inner harmony.

Throughout the visit, various events were held across London, attracting dignitaries and spiritual seekers alike.

Notable highlights included:

August 4: Inner Wellness session at Hatfield.

August 5: Divyavani followed by a Q&A session at Park Royal, Wembley.

August 6: Yoga Wellness Gathering at National Patidar Samaj in Tooting.

August 7: Transformative workshop in Slough, focusing on cultivating inner well-being and teaching the ancient meditation technique.

August 8: Spiritual discourse in Hornchurch.

August 9: Amrit Vani by Sadguru and Sant Namdev Ji.

Yagna Havana: A sacred ritual held in Surrey.

One of the highlights of the visit was the recitation of “Swarved,” a collection of several thousand couplets of wisdom that encapsulate Sadguru Sadafaldeo Ji Maharaj’s transformative experiences during his meditation journey. The recitation of Swarved aids individuals in sinking into the realm of meditation, purifying their inner cores and preparing them for meditation with body, mind, and soul.

Sadguru emphasised the significance of spiritual growth and the union of the soul with the divine. He emphasised that progress on the spiritual path is achieved through true Yog, which involves reversing the consciousness from outward to inward, rather than merely physical postures or movements. This true Yog, as expounded by Sadguru, brings about a profound transformation, leading to inner calm, compassion, emotional control, and a unique enjoyment of every moment.

Sant Shri Naam Deo ji, the founder of Abhyas School Of Yoga, shared his insights into the essence of Yog, asserting that it extends far beyond physical practices and encompasses the discovery of one’s true self and purpose.

Swarved Mahamandir is destined to become more than just an architectural marvel; it is poised to become the epicentre of spiritual solace and transformation. Designed to offer a sacred space for seekers and devotees alike, the Mahamandir aims to foster an environment of tranquillity and self-discovery. It is envisaged that within its walls, individuals will have the opportunity to delve into the depths of their consciousness, forging a profound connection with their inner selves.

In a world often consumed by material pursuits, the visit of Sadguru and the spiritual luminaries provided a timely reminder of the profound significance of inner growth, connecting with oneself, and seeking the ultimate union with the divine. The teachings of Vihangam Yoga continue to radiate their transformative light, guiding individuals on a path of inner peace and spiritual enlightenment.

A wave of tranquillity and spiritual awakening swept across London as the renowned spiritual leader, Sadguru Swatantra Dev Maharaj, graced the city with his presence to introduce the transformative practice of Vihangam Yoga. This ancient and potent meditation technique, known for its ability to guide practitioners into the depths of their consciousness, has been making waves worldwide for its unique approach to self-discovery and inner realisation.

Vihangam Yoga, a discipline that delves deep into the realms of the human mind, is gaining increasing recognition for its five-stage meditation practice. As participants progress through these stages, they embark on an extraordinary journey, transitioning from the external world to the innermost chambers of their being. This intricate practice enables individuals to gradually detach themselves from the confines of the physical body, move beyond the influences of breath and mind, and ultimately commune with the essence of the soul itself.

During the recent events held in London, attendees were introduced to the first stage of Vihangam Yoga meditation. Led by the revered Sadguru Swatantra Dev Maharaj, participants were guided through the initial steps of this transformative practice. Attendees marvelled at the ability of Vihangam Yoga to lead them towards a more centred and enlightened state of mind, even within the bustling urban environment of London.

As the teachings of Vihangam Yoga continue to resonate with people across the globe, the transformative power of this ancient practice offers a profound opportunity for individuals to explore the depths of their consciousness, fostering a connection to the very essence of their being.
