Haryana Nuh Violence: Bajrang Dal protest in Delhi, security stepped up in Noida

In wake of the violence that marred Haryana’s Nuh wherein the Islamists mob went on rampage and targeted VHP’s shobha yatra , Bajrang Dal and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad are holding protests in different parts of Delhi and in neighbouring Noida. Security forces have been deployed so as to combat any untoward incident

Expressing anger against the recent violence in Haryana’s Nuh, Hindu organisations like Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad have waged protests in different parts of Delhi and in neighbouring Noida.

In the recent Nuh violence Islamist mobs attacked the Shobha Yatra of the VHP. Post the attack, stones were pelted, property was vandalised and several policemen were also injured.

Delhi Police has also stepped up the security in the national capital so as to combat occurrence of any untoward incident.

Keeping in view the violence in some districts of Haryana bordering Delhi, elaborate security arrangements have been made at all sensitive places in Delhi and additional police forces have also been deployed where necessary. Any attempt to harm Delhi's security and communal…

Earlier, the Rapid Action Force (RAF) undertook a flag march in Gurugram where the violence had spread.

Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar had said that those involved in the violence and disruption of peace would not be spared and stringent action would be taken against them.

Khattar had described the Nuh violence as a case of suspected “conspiracy.” He described the incident “unfortunate” and said that clashes broke out at several places and that a big conspiracy seems behind the violence.

Security has also been stepped in neighbouring Noida and other bordering areas of Delhi.
