On April 26, 2023, a Pakistani woman named Saira Ramzan wrote on social media that “Both Israel and India are terrorist nations; if these two countries are erased from the map of the world, the world would be at peace.”
Israel’s Ambassador to India, Naor Gilon, countered her venomous mindset by thanking her mockingly and saying that India and Israel are natural allies and do not require any reminders.
Saira Ramzan’s remark drew sharp criticism from many eminent people worldwide.
The founder and chief central organiser of the Jeay Sindh Freedom Movement, Zafar Sahito, commented that neither India nor Israel are terrorist nations, but Pakistan is. In a subsequent tweet, he labelled Pakistan as the “King of Terrorism.”
The Sindhi leader questioned Pakistan for sheltering, hiding and nurturing terrorist leaders such as Osama Bin Laden, Hafiz Saeed, Dawood Ibrahim (underworld don) and Masood Azhar. He also revealed the relations between Jamaat-e-Islami, ISIS and the Taliban and their pivotal role in recruiting terrorists for India and Bangladesh.
It is to be noted that, Israel celebrated its 75th Independence Day on April 26, 2023. Indian PM Narendra Modi congratulated the Jewish Nation on this significant occasion. President Droupadi Murmu wished her counterpart (Isaac Herzog) on behalf of the government and the people of India.
The External Affairs Minister of India, Subramaniam Jaishankar, extended warm greetings for the momentous milestone of the 75th anniversary of Independence to his Israeli counterpart Eli Cohen, the government and all Israelis.
Notably, Pakistan and other Islamic Radicals have always had Israel as their main targets, and they never hesitate to express their malign intentions.
