Tamil Nadu: Advocate and Tirunelveli Hindu Munnani state secretary Kutralanathan has lodged a police complaint demanding the arrest of SDPI women’s wing district president Zannath Alima under the National Security Act (NSA) for her hateful speech and issuing threats to Sangh Parivar cadres at a rally against Nupur Sharma and UP CM Yogi Adityanath’s stern action against protestors.

In his complaint, he cited a video that went viral on social media in which Alima thundered, “ give Muslims one hour time. I will ensure no Sanghi ( BJP, RSS, Hindu Munnani, VHP and other nationalist cadres) would be alive. She made this while speaking at a rally at Mallimal Street in Nellai Pettai. She said “North Indian cities are burning. People are protesting. They do not control it. If we launch such protests in the state, will they face it? Even one Sanghi will remain alive if we are given an hour.

We have enough strength and force to do”. Alima, a resident of Yerwadi in Ramanathapuram district, said, “ We Muslims are ready to eliminate all sanghis in the Bharat” She has made this threat in an open rally and tried to create communal clashes. Mind you, she said that they were ready and if one hour time was given, they would kill all RSS, BJP and other Sangh Parivar members. Note their good preparedness and the exquisite sinister designs to liquidate RSS men, which impedes them from taking forward their agenda in achieving their goal of forming a Caliphate.

Kutralanathan said,” SDPI is already facing a large number murder case. By her saying we are ready means there is a big conspiracy and there are terrorists ready to launch the mayhem on Sanghis. Hence we request the police to book her under NSA and carry out a thorough probe to unearth the conspiracy and the terrorists and thwart any untoward incidents in the peace prevailing Tamil Nadu”. It should be noted Alima is a part of a party whose account has been blocked by ED recently.

Political commentator Priya Venkat told Organiser that this was not the first time when SDPI president is making speeches that would trigger communal violence. The All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen AIMIM) Leader Akbaruddin Owais has already been making more Hindumisic speeches. She recalled that Akbaruddin Owaisi made a controversial remark in 2013 that “if police is removed for 15 minutes, we (Muslims) will finish 100 crore Hindus”. The court has acquitted him. Another one, P Jainulabdheen, president of Tamil Nadu Thowheed Jamath (TNTJ), said: “there were only 50,000 policemen. What would they do if we, including women, children and men, attack them”. Priya said till today, no action has been initiated against them. They would not have spoken so boldly today if action had been taken earlier.

She said, “such things have encouraged them to talk anything, and the Se(i)secular governments and courts would come to their rescue in the name of freedom of expression. That was unavailable for Hindus and leaders like Nupal Sharma, Kalyana Raman and others. In TN government and its stooge police force would even dare to arrest her. Even if arrested, they think the court would protect them”. Priya Said, “ SDPI has been holding protests all over the state, and its leader would make violence triggering speeches. So far, no SDPI leader has been punished in the past instances. The police would arrest even you a quote a verse from Quaran, but they would make obscene comments on Hindu gods sans any police action, and it will be treated as freedom of expression. There were incidents of Muslims attacking police, which went without action for Muslims. No media, police and the political parties are not going to debate and condemn it.

TN Muslim league have protested, demanding the DMK to fulfil its poll promise of premature release of all Muslims in jails, including bomb blast convicts. They should “ we have voted en-mass to DMK hoping it would make our demands. Now we can pressurize DMK to do as promised, as they are indebted to us”.

Tamil Nadu police which initiated action against BJP, Hindu Munnani, and VHP leaders even for speeches sans hatred or threat owing to pressure from minority communities, now closed its ears and eyes not to incur their wrath. They are afraid of taking action against any Muslim. Kudos to their courage. Now a woman dares to say openly that Muslims would eliminate all Sanghis in one our time. Imagine where they get such tenacity to make threats? We should say minority appeasement, vote bank policies, the apathy of political parties, lackadaisical attitude
of police and intelligence agencies are the factors for their attitude. Hindus should realize that unless otherwise they are united and raise a concern or condemn, such things will continue.
