The three-day brainstorming session of the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) will start from Friday (December 24) in Gujarat’s Junagadh.

The VHP President Padmashri Dr R.N. Singh (Ortho), Working President Senior Advocate Shri Alok Kumar and all the other senior office bearers of the organisation will participate in the three-day conclave.

The meeting will be focused on discussing how to take forward the various movements of VHP, like the liberation of temples from governments’ control, checking illegal conversions, etc.

“The deep contemplation sessions will cover subjects such as protection of environment and ecology, liberation of temples from government control, strict central law against horizontal religious conversions, boosting up cultivation of Sanskars (training in character formation) in society to prevent devaluation of humanity,” Shri Milind Parande, Central Secretary General VHP, said.

He added, “In 2024 CE, Vishva Hindu Parishad shall be completing 60 years of its establishment. There will also be brainstorming on the plan of expansion of the organisation by its Shastyaabdipurti (60th) year.”

The meeting will also see a discussion about the continuing attacks on the minority Hindu, Sikh communities in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

VHP reiterated that “it has now geared up to stop the various problems being faced by the Hindu society around the world, including relentless attacks on its social, Dharmic and cultural Maanbindus (points of honour and sentiment), and re-establish its spirituo-cultural individuality and personality, enhance its Rishi-Krishi Kulaachaar (culture) of refinement, grace and dignity, further its holistic, altruistic and syncretic glory, make it more empowered, self-reliant and Dharmanisth (devout; pious; lover of cosmic laws and humanism)!”

Shri Parande said that the various representatives of the organisation would “brainstorm on the organisation's activities going on in various fields, the challenges being faced by the society and their solutions.”

VHP, on Monday (December 20), started a nationwide campaign to make people aware of the illegal conversions in the country. The campaign will conclude on December 31.
