The Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways, Nitin Gadkari, spoke at the launch event of the book ‘Sangathan Kaushal’ in Delhi on Wednesday (September 1).

Yashwant Rao Kelkarji was one of the pioneers of modern management techniques. His techniques should be brought to the fore, said the Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari.

He said the RSS founder, Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, emphasised on ‘Rashtra Nirman’, keeping in mind the circumstances that enabled Mughal and British rule.

The minister added he learnt about the concept of planning and execution in the ABVP and was fortunate to work with Shri Yashwant Rao Kelkarji.

“The time is not far when no youth in the country shall be left behind in the process of nation building. The most important thing about our organisation is that we fully believe in the extraordinary capabilities of ordinary people. Today the ABVP is doing the great work of giving direction to people”, said Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh of the RSS Sunil Ambekar.

The book ‘Sangathan Kaushal’ has been compiled and edited by former ABVP President Rajkumar Bhatia and published by Delhi-based Suruchi Prakashan.

National general secretary of the ABVP Nidhi Tripathi said, “If Yashwant Rao Kelkar ji is said to be the architect of the largest student organisation ABVP, then it will be no exaggeration. Today, inspired by his thoughts the ABVP family has grown to be the most relevant student organisation working across various fields.”
