On Friday, the country achieved a milestone. For the first time since the vaccination drive against Covid-19 started in January this year, India administered more than a crore doses in a single day.
The country celebrated this success, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulating everyone involved in the vaccination drive.
The Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPM), on the same day at 9 pm, celebrated the vaccination drive in China.
It posted a picture of Chinese President Xi Xinping on its Twitter handle praising the vaccination drive in China.
Recently, when the Chinese embassy in India celebrated the centenary year of the Chinese Communist Party, the top leadership of the CPM attended the celebrations at the Chinese embassy.
CPM Leader Sitaram Yechury wrote a flowery article praising the Chinese Communist Party, not even once mentioning how China has been responsible for the Covid-19 pandemic which has struck the world.
The CPM did not even once mention about theChinese aggression at the India border which has resulted in the loss of Indian lives.
On Friday night (August 27), by late evening India has achieved the feat of administering more than a crore doses and the CPM put out the tweet at 9 pm.
