Kerala has recorded 21,119 new Covid cases and 152 COVID related deaths on Tuesday (August 10), informed the health department through a press release. The death toll mounted to 18,004. The test positivity rate was climbed to 15.91 per cent.
A total of 1,32,769 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.
The district-wise statistics of positive cases: Malappuram-3603, Thrissur-2231, Kozhikode- 2335, Ernakulam-2539, Palakkad- 1841, Kollam- 1639, Alappuzha-1230, Kannur-1091, Thiruvananthapuram-1040, Kottayam-1077, Kasaragod-685, Wayanad-723, Pathanamthitta- 686 and Idukki-382.
