Yoga is a wonderful gift from Bharatiya saints who developed it over a long period of time, said Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Bhaiyya Ji Joshi.

Not just India but the whole world is suffering because of the Covid-19 pandemic and Yoga is a very important tool to fight it, he added.

It was organised in collaboration with the Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar.

The seven day virtual camp started on May 25 and concluded on May 31. The camp was operational twice a day, 6:30 in the morning and 4 in the evening.

He also said Asana and Pranayama are very necessary to keep the body healthy.

Shri Joshi expressed hope that people would make it a part of their daily life.

Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh of the RSS, Shri Sunil Ambekar, also addressed the virtual Yoga camp.

He said today not only India but the whole world recognises how important Yoga is to keep body and mind healthy.
