In a big breakthrough, a US intelligence report has revealed that three researchers from Wuhan Institute of Virology in China had fallen sick in November 2019 with Covid-19 like symptoms.

In an exclusive report, the Wall Street Journal has reported all the three researchers were hospitalised with symptoms of Covid-19.

Many believe the Covid-19 virus escaped from the same Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.

China has stonewalled any attempt to investigate the origin of the Covid-19 virus.

It first reported the case of Covid-19 on December 8, 2019. But, now, many independent researchers believe the virus spread much before this.

In February this year, a team of researchers led by the World Health Organisation visited Wuhan to investigate the origin of the virus but the Chinese authorities did not allow it access to the raw data.

The United States and European countries protested against this.

Attempts by the Chinese authorities to stonewall any investigation raises the degree of suspicion.

On January 15 this year, the Trump administration in the United States had released a white paper which had also mentioned about the Covid-19 like sickness in the staff of the WIV.
